The website is already built. You can look at it before you decide anything, and you would not pay for any of this until it is live on your own domain and you are happy with it.
Look at it first
https://dolphin-insurance.pages.dev/Five pages, built for your agency, working on a phone right now. The wording is mine and it is a placeholder — anything with an orange underline is where your real information goes: your phone number, your address, your license number, your story, your team.
I do not write anything about coverage. That is your license, not mine, and every word about what you sell gets approved by you before it goes anywhere near the internet. I held a life insurance license myself once, so I know what a renewal date does to a month — but I am here as the person who builds the website, not as an agent.
No deposit. I build it out with your words, your photos and your real details, and you see the whole thing finished before it goes anywhere. If it is not right, you tell me and I keep working on it — and if you decide at that point it is not for you, you walk away and owe me nothing.
You pay once you have approved it and it is live on your domain. Not before.

The AI side
Gina mentioned you want help with AI for the office. I teach it — and I would rather show your team than talk at them.
Everybody on their own laptop, actually making things: flyers, social posts, business cards, letters, and cleaning up the routine writing nobody enjoys. Not a lecture about what AI is. People leave with work they made themselves, plus a short written cheat sheet so it sticks.
Which is the part most people selling AI leave out. Some of what your office does is faster by hand, and you should know which parts before you spend a month finding out.
This moves every few weeks. I follow it closely — specifically for small businesses and one-person operations, not for tech companies with a budget for it. Most of what gets announced is noise. You should not have to work out which parts are not.
I teach special education, and the whole job is diagnostic: working out the exact place somebody is stuck and building the bridge across that, instead of starting the lesson over. It is how I teach AI, how I build apps, and how I consult — I find what is genuinely in your way rather than talking at the room. Being a Certified Prompt Design Professional means I know the tools; the teaching is what gets them into your hands.
The marketing images Gina has been making for the office came out of one conversation with me. This is that, done properly, for everyone.
And the one rule I would give your team on day one: customer information never goes into ChatGPT or anything like it. Names, policy numbers, dates of birth — that belongs in real software with a real login. AI is for your marketing and your busywork, nowhere near your book. I would rather say that first than have you discover later that I did not know it.
Who you’d be hiring
Websites are not the only thing I build. policytrackcrm.com is mine — an insurance CRM built around renewal dates, follow-ups, and keeping a book of business straight. It is used daily by working agents and paid for monthly.
Last week three problems surfaced in it in one evening. The fixes were written, tested, and published that night. That is the part I would want you to judge me on — not whether I can build a nice-looking page, but what happens on the day something goes wrong.

After launch
This is the part most website people do not offer at all: once the site is live, somebody has to keep it current. There are two plans. Managed is the one I would recommend — it is the same plan as on my website, with PolicyTrack bundled into it for you, and your first three months are included so nothing starts until month four. Watched is there if all you want is someone making sure the site stays up.
Managed + PolicyTrack · your first 3 months included
$149/month, from month four
$178 if you bought them separately — Managed is $149 and PolicyTrack is $29. Together, for you, $149.
Everything kept current, the CRM included, and one person who answers.
And because you would be my founding client in this industry, three things that are not part of the standard plan:
Watched
$29/month
Just keep the lights on. Nothing more.
No content changes. This is a smoke alarm, not a handyman — no events posted, no flyers made, no wording changed, no PolicyTrack. If your hours change or you want a new photo, that is a separate charge, or you move up to Managed.
Both are month to month, thirty days’ notice either direction, no contract to get out of, and you can move between them whenever you like. There is also an in-between plan at $79 on my site if neither of these is quite right.
Important
Your domain is registered in your name, on your card. Not mine. I am never the person holding your business name, and you are never renting your own business back from somebody.
If you ever decide you are done with me, nothing switches off. The site stays up, the domain stays yours, and I hand over the keys and remove my own access. That is the end of it.
Insurance advertising is regulated, so you approve the words. State license numbers, carrier-approved language, permission to use any carrier logo — all of that comes from you and gets your sign-off. I design and build; I do not write claims about coverage.
